On the whole, this training program is a very helpful course for me especially when I am not a very impressive person. All the training program provides me are not just the professional knowledge and some practical skills but also the great confidence when I am talking with someone else in English especially when I am at a academic meeting. It’s a very beneficial training program for us but I think that it will be better if the scope of knowledge can be wider covered in this program.

Actually I am most satisfied with what I have learned just as I said above. This course has provided me with the most valuable experience and I gained my own confidence when I am talking with someone else. So the experience and some practical skills is the most satisfying thing in this course for me. And I think the whole design of the training is just right and it’s all planned very well. But I think that something needed to be improved must be the interaction between the teachers and the students especially in these exchange courses, students need more time and chances to show what they learned in this class so they have to practice more.
